They kept me in the loop as to how she was doing and when she would be arriving by a companion flight add on. The companion traveling with my baby was amazing and texted me every step of the way too! My puppy arrived as promised My puppy arrived as promised to my door with Chuck and Skyler. They arrived at the exact day and time they said they would. I'm happy to say he didn't smell as if he laid in his own mess for hours like my last puppy did. Very happy with my baby and pray you continue using Chuck and Skyler.
Like many of you, I felt a bit suspicious about buying a Puppy on line. That thought has been erased . This deal went down beautifully from the get-go . From the moment of purchase, all the way to delivery night ( and yes, that thought was erased too ) it was safe. Special shout- out to Dalton & Clay , as they too, made it all a nice delivery as they were happy for us too , I was kept updated from the very beginning to the actual meeting. They called him Cody and that was nice, but to me this little Yorkshire Terrier was re-named “ Lil Willie “ He came to me healthy & very alert . He had been very well taken care of, I could tell. Thank- You for this experience that changed my mind about how things could be, this was a beautiful one. Most of all, Thank You, for Lil Willie.❤️
Would like more communications For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. Quick to get the money but once that is secured, the communication could be better. It would be nice to have some information from the breeders so we can best prepare for our puppy’s arrival. We just got our puppy last night and I’m very happy with her.
We love our babies!! We have had the best experience with Puppy Spot. The whole entire process from beginning to end. We got two boys from the same litter and they are angels! We love them so much already. They are so loving and they already been worked with and loved through potty training with the breeder.

Very pleased! I was apprehensive about buying a puppy online, but everything turned out perfect! very quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I was in constant communication during the 3 week process. Thank you , we are so in love with our cavapoo puppy “Tucker” formerly known as Colton. Our Vet gave him a clean bill of health! The only negative is we didn’t receive his vet record upon arrival; however, they apologized and was quick to get them to me.
